How do you remove the glove box door?

I know that there is some type of tabs that you need to release but how? I have good tools to get into the holes without issue but do I pull, push, pry, etc.?

A quick reply would be appreciated, I have so much left to do today before my new heater core comes tomorrow.

I would like an answer also, I am trying to remove and replace the HMI and can't get the glove box door off, any suggestions?
