how to remove door trim on 1995 deville

I was wondering how to remove the chrome and plastic molding on the doors of a 1995 deville. It appears there is a single screw on each door. It doesn't appear it is able to slide like it on clips. does it just pry up?

Also anyone know how to remove the chrome around the windows?
