The first hose is some sort of vacuum supply to something ??? Is it plugged, or does it have vacuum when the engine is running ?

The 1/2" one that's under your fingertip - is the PCV "dirty air" hose. It should connect to the PCV valve in the grommet in the passenger end of the rear cam cover. The PCV "clean air" hose comes off the TB just under your little finger and goes into the driver's inner end of the front cam cover. Dirty air is on the vacuum side, clean air is on the air filter side - of the throttle butterfly. (The MAP sensor is that crabby-looking thing with the 3-wire side connector just left of your fingertip. MAP has no hoses.) If your PCV system is disconnected then your low speed air/fuel mixtures are all screwed up and your engine is also happily eating its guts alive from sludge and acid buildup in the crankcase and chaincase. (PCV valves have different flow rates and are vehicle-specific.)

Is the broken blue wire the ICM ground ? - it's no wonder you have a miss and stutter.

The small hose in the end of the intake looks like some sort of vacuum signal - that's a guess 'cause my 02 is way different.......

You NEED a real GM service manual and vacuum diagrams - badly.
